• Discover and connect with your community in ways you may never have thought of
• Develop skills and confidence to take control of your plan and your life
• Have a dependable partner to help you manage times of crisis
• Keep track of your outcomes and be well prepared for your plan review
• Manage effectively those major milestones in your life eg. leaving school, moving out of home
• Explore appropriate housing options and learn how to manage your tenancy
